Todd Rulon-Miller is the Treasurer and an Executive Committee member of Princetonians for Free Speech (PFS), an organization he co-founded to promote free speech and civil discourse at Princeton University. As a member of the “First” Class of 1973—the first coeducational class at Princeton—he majored in Russian History. Following his graduation, Todd spent 45 years in the tech industry, primarily in Silicon Valley, holding executive positions at companies such as IBM, NeXT Computers (founded by Steve Jobs), and Netscape (founded by Jim Clark and Marc Andreessen). His career spanned from mainframe computing to the early days of the internet.
In addition to his role at PFS, Todd has supported various charitable causes, including The Carter Foundation and several education and environmental organizations. He is married and has four children.
Todd's leadership at PFS focuses on restoring civil discourse and free expression at Princeton, aiming to foster an environment where open dialogue and diverse viewpoints are encouraged and protected.
