Diogo Costa is the President of the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE), where he leads efforts to promote economic education and advance the principles of individual liberty. With a strong academic foundation, Diogo holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the Catholic University of Petrópolis and a master's degree in Political Science from Columbia University. He has extensive experience in think tanks, having worked as a researcher at the Cato Institute and Atlas Network in Washington, and as a professor of political science at Ibmec in Brazil.
Diogo co-founded Livres, served as Executive Director of Indigo, and was a former President of Brazil's National School of Public Administration. His work, including the development of Ordem Livre during his time at Cato and Atlas, has earned him recognition as a thought leader in the fields of public policy and economic freedom. Diogo’s articles have been featured in prominent publications such as Forbes, Newsweek, and The Wall Street Journal. With a wealth of experience in policy, education, and economic thought leadership, Diogo Costa continues to shape the discourse on freedom and governance around the world.
