Dan Sauer is the President and CEO of Vertical Petroleum Industries LLC, based in Ardmore, Oklahoma. With over 20 years of experience in capital funding, Dan has been deeply involved in financing both oil and gas projects as well as national and international real estate ventures. He spent 10 years as Director of Funding for projects totaling over $60 million annually. In addition to his commercial real estate expertise, Dan actively manages his own portfolio of residential rental properties. A dedicated professional, Dan has a wealth of experience in both the energy and real estate sectors, driving growth and profitability for his ventures. He lives in Ardmore with his wife, Christie, and their children.
